Delete your Triceptor account

You can delete your Triceptor account and the data linked to it at any time. There are two ways.

Option 1: delete it in the app

  1. Open Triceptor.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm. Your account goes into pending deletion for 30 days. See “What happens after you ask” below.

If you want a copy of your data first, write to us (see option 2) and ask for it. We send it as a JSON file.

Option 2: ask us by email

If you cannot open the app, for example you lost your phone or removed the app, send an email.

  • Send it to: triceptor@imegz.dev
  • Use the email address you signed up with. If you used Google sign in, use your Google account email.
  • Subject: Delete my Triceptor account

We may reply with a question to confirm that the account is yours. We will not ask for your password. Once we confirm, we handle your request in the same way as a request made in the app.

What happens after you ask

  1. Your account goes into pending deletion. It stays that way for 30 days.
  2. You can cancel any time until day 30. Sign in again and choose Cancel deletion, or write to us.
  3. After day 30, your training and body data is erased.
  4. Server backups rotate out within 30 days after the erase, so the erased data also leaves the backups.

We never delete an account automatically because it has been inactive. An account is deleted only when its owner asks.

What is erased after the 30 days

  • Your workouts and sets.
  • Your personal records.
  • Your body weight and height.
  • Your settings and favorites.
  • Your profile details.

What we keep, and why

We keep a small identity record so we can protect the service and ourselves. It holds:

  • Your real name, your email and your Google ID.
  • The date your account was created.
  • Whether the account was banned.
  • Your purchases and entitlements.
  • References to audit log entries.

We keep it for three reasons: security, fraud prevention and legal claims. We do not use it for marketing and we do not use it to rebuild your training profile.

Purchase records are never deleted.

Data that is only on your phone

If you used the app as a guest, or you keep injury and pain notes on your phone, that data is not on our servers. To remove it, clear the app data in your phone settings or uninstall the app.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Google Play. Cancel it in the Google Play app, under Payments and subscriptions, so you are not charged again.
