Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026-10-13

Draft text. It is being reviewed and may change.

These terms are an agreement between you and Ahmed Magdi, who publishes under the name iMegz (“we”, “us”) about the Triceptor app and this website. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Who can use Triceptor

The app is intended for people aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, you use the app with the permission of a parent or guardian where the law of your country requires it. Please make sure that permission is in place before you start.

Training information only

Triceptor gives general training information and tools. It is not medical advice. Please read our Health Disclaimer. You are responsible for deciding what exercise is right for you.

Your account

  • You can use the app as a guest, without an account. Guest data stays on your phone. If you lose or reset your phone, guest data can be lost.
  • Creating an account with email or Google is optional. Give correct details and keep your password private.
  • One account is for one person. Do not share it.
  • When you create an account, you confirm that you read our Privacy Policy and accept it.
  • You can delete your account at any time. See the account deletion page.

Free and Premium

The core of Triceptor is free. Premium is an optional subscription with extra features. The price for your region is shown in the app before you buy.

  • Subscriptions are sold and billed by Google Play. Google’s payment terms apply.
  • A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in Google Play. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
  • Where a free trial is offered, the app shows its length and what happens when it ends.
  • Refunds follow Google Play’s refund rules.
  • If we change a price, we follow Google Play’s rules for telling you and getting your consent where needed.

Rules of use

Do not:

  • Use the app to break the law.
  • Try to cheat ranks, XP, streaks, achievements or leagues, for example with scripts or fake data.
  • Try to break, probe or overload our servers, or access another person’s account.
  • Copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it.
  • Use the app in a way that harms other users.

We may limit or close an account that breaks these rules.

Your data

Your training data belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it so we can run the app for you. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how you can get a copy of it or delete it.

Our content

The app, its design, the T-Rex and the other rank emblems, the animations, texts and code belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only inside the app for your own use. Open source components keep their own licenses.

Changes to the app and to these terms

We may change, add or remove features. We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app before it starts. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the new terms.

No guarantees

We work to keep Triceptor running and accurate, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. We cannot promise that it will always work, be free of errors, or give any specific result. We make a best effort to fix bugs and crashes, but we do not promise a fix time. Results from training depend on many things we do not control.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about the app or the website is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, for lost data, or for injury or loss that results from how you train or from acting on the app’s content. Triceptor is training information. It is not medical advice. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end the service or an account, for example if you break these terms. When an account ends, the Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction. Rules that protect consumers in your country still apply.
